Raspberry and Peach Dessert

* Raspberry 200 gms * Peach 200 gms * Single Cream 200 gms * Castor sugar 150 gms * Vanilla flavour 1 tsp * Eggs 3 medium * Maida 3 tbsp
Preparation Method: 
Spread raspberry and pealed peach cubes in a breaking tray. Beat cream, sugar and eggs together for 4-5 minutes. Add vanilla flavour and maida. Beat again for 3-4 minutes. Pour the liquid over the raspberries and peach. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 8 minutes. The dessert will be thick, creamy and delicious. Serve hot with icecream.
