Our Bawa Shafique Aqa Burhanuddin Moula TUS, has been exhorting not only the mumineen but the the entire world to refrain from the interest ridden economy and the so called economical development of the mankind based on the interest bearing financial system. The world is already witnessing its worst ever recession primarily attributed to the interest based banking and finance. We, the world mumineen are grateful to Allah Subhanahu, that we are led by a visionary and enlightened spiritual leader like Aqa Burhanuddin Moula TUS, who has been steadfastly leading His community on the righteous path in line with the teachings of holy book Al - Qur'aan al Majid, which strictly prohibits giving or taking riba (interest) in the socio-economic transactions.
This group is formed in this holy year of 1431H - 1432H, when our beloved Moula TUS has entered into His 100th birth year. It will be quite apt and befitting in His Holiness' 100th birth year, if we the mumineen mukhliseen, under the overall guidance of Aqa Burhanuddin Moula TUS and the learned Saadat Kiram attempt to evolve an interest - free trade & industry environment not limiting to the national boundaries. While on one side, by implementing this system, we shall commit to conduct our businesses in accordance with the Sharia laws as per the firmaan mubarak of Aqa Burhanuddin Moula, on the other hand, the enterprising and educated mumineen ( It is said that our literacy level is almost 100 % ) shall fulfill their just aspirations of participating in the techno-economic progress and shall uplift our trading activities into industrial and corporate enterprises.
The proposed system, as you will figure out, when you go through some of the presentations outlined herein the discussions, files and pages is on the simple concept of equity ( share ) participation by the mumineen investors in the mumineen companies in a highly transparent manner. Once implemented in a professional way, it seeks to create a fool - proof platform whereby, the mumineen investors shall be able to deploy their surplus funds to fuel the growth plans of other mumineen companies which are promising to conduct their businesses and industries in a professional way. As, this platform shall oversee the functioning of the investment seeking mumineen companies, ensuring reasonable returns to the investors, in exchange, the companies shall issue the limited ownership rights to the investors, in the form of shares ( equities)
For investment seekers, it shall be an interest - free funds, but without the hassles of day to day interference ( unlike partnership firms ) and for the investors, it shall guarantee profiting from the progress of the seekers' enterprise. At the same time, it shall facilitate a system whereby, investors, if not satisfied with the returns, shall have an option to liquidate his share holding to other willing investors or surrender in a buy back arrangement by the fund raiser.
