a. For this procedure you have to contact your (Old) Jamaat office and get a transfer out print out. This Print out has to be submitted in your new Jamaat to get the transfer completed

a. You can change your self Just by logging on www.its52.com and using the Personal Information Update module available there.

 


I want to update my name but my name/spelling is not available in drop down list of names? What should I Do?

a. Please select the correct spelling for your name (Spelling provided in the masters are verified by al-Vazarat) and if you name is not present in the masters please send a request at support@ejamaat.com

 


I want to update my contact details but the page does not allow any changes?

a. To activate changes you want to make please select the check box provided and to save please select a reason for the same

 


I want to update my Miqaat History?

a. Contact your Local Jamaat Office or Your Jamaat JMC for update your attandance History

 


My personal details / Photograph do not reflect even when I have updated it on www.its52.com?

a. The details will reflect only after verification from Badri Mahal

 


Why it is necessary to keep password confidential and need to change frequently?

a. It is because of your critical information available online and it can be accessed by the one (whoever has your password)

 


I cannot see my photograph being displayed on my home page?

a. You can upload your photograph from your homepage there is a link to update the photograph. Follow the following procedure:
  1. The photo should be strickly in Quami Libas.
  2. The photo is not Stapled.
  3. The photo is not Black & White.
  4. The photo is Passport Size.
  5. The face is Clear & Visible.
  6. There is no Stamp or Signature mark on the photo.

a. Please update your prefix from www.its52.com and along with make sure that you upload a copy of the Misaal

a. It is simply done by clicking on change password link available in your Home Page

What if the ITS card is lost?

a. In case you have lost your ITS ID card you have to get it reported at ITS Head Office, Badri Mahal In case if it is not possible for you to contact ITS Head Office, you can get the same done through your Jamaat office.

 


What to do in case of lost card?

a. Report your card as lost at ITS Head Office, Badri Mahal or to your local Jamaat Office
  With 2 photos and Waraqat-ul Tarkhis (if you apply directly at ITS Head Office) for authentication. Lost card fee per card is INR 200/- Plus courier charges as per applicable. Your lost card will be process in 10 days from the receipt of application at ITS Head Office.

 


What will be my new ITS ID number?

a. You will be issued a new ITS ID Card which will have your same (old) Number

 


My ITS card was lost and my Jamaat office issued me another new ITS card with a new ITS number. What should i do ?

a. Please send the new card that has been issued by local Jamaat back to ITS Head Office, Badri Mahal and apply for the lost card with original ITS number. (old number)

 


What if I have to attend a Miqaat during those 10 days of application of ITS lost card.

a. Please contact the ITS Head Office at the Miqaat venue and collect your card from there. The address of the local lost card office at the venue will be mentioned on the website www.its52.com

 


I had lost my ITS card and I found my old card again? What should I do?

Case 1: Card Lost and Lost Card applied in ITS Head Office, Badri Mahal.

If you had applied for lost card, then the old card which you have found is of no use. You need to use only the newly processed Lost Card. i.e. New card given from ITS Head Office, Badri Mahal. (although the ITS number will be same, the card lost is blocked in the System and cannot be used at any Miqaat)

Case 2: Card Lost, But not applied for lost card in ITS Head Office, Badri Mahal.

In this case, your found card is valid card. If you have not applied for lost card and you found your card, you can use it with out any problems. For further verification get your ITS card status checked from ITS Head Office Badri Mahal.

 


What if I dont have 2 photographs available at the time of application of lost card?

a. You can get the required photos printed at ITS Head Office by paying INR 30/- (Provided your updated photographs in Quami Libas is available on www.its52.com)

 


What if my lost card receipt is lost?

a. In case you have lost the receipt you can have a duplicate receipt issued by applying for it at ITS Head Office by paying INR 20/-.

 


I lost my ITS card? ITS office gave us the temp card during Lailatul Qadr 1425H / Eid ul Fitr 1425H / Zikra 1425H Will that card work?

a. No, That was a temp card with the marking for that specific event so that card cannot be re-used. So please collect form us the permanent card

 


What if my ITS card is lost during travel to Miqaat (like ashara Mubaraka) Venue?

a. In that case Please contact the ITS Office at Miqaat venue and report your Lost card as soon as possible.
