Boil rice,keeping each grain seperate.
Crush garlic cloves and grren chillies
Cut tomatoes and capsicum into large pieces
Take oil and fry the onions for 3mins
Put crushed garlic and chillies and fry for 2mins
Put capsicums and tomatoes,cook with lid closed till capsicum softens
Put boiled rice,garam masala powder,salt
Cook rice till water in absorbed.
