Fruit Cup

1 tablespoon chopped apple
1 tablespoon chopped grapes
1 tablespoon orange segments
1 tablespoon sweet lime segments
1 tablespoon orange squash
?? teaspoon fresh thick curds (for topping)
Preparation Time: 
A few minutes
Preparation Method: 
  • Cut the tomatoes and carrots into big pieces.
  • Add the orange segments, lemon juice, sugar and ?? teacup of eater and blend it in a liquidiser. Strain.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Serve cold with crushed ice.
