Initially the company was based in Mumbai India and established in April 1998. From 1998-2005 the company is doing printing inks service business to its various prestigious clients within India and some at overseas. The proprietor of the company dedicated his part of services to online clients under the banner of www.chemicalhouse,com as ink panel expert.

In the year 2005 the proprietor migrated to Canada, and he shifted all his business activities to Vancouver city in British Columbia. Canada, and serving the existing clients and new with same integrity and dedication.

The proprietor of Saba Consultants is highly educated and Master of science in Chemistry, plus Diploma in Computer and trained in ISO 9002 working system specially for printing inks industries. He has 30 years of vast experience  in Printing inks industries in reputed ink companies in India and overseas. He worked as a production Manager in one company and chief chemist & R&D QC Manager in another company, plus sales and marketing, not only for printing inks but also resin and pigment industries. He has also devoted his time and energy in publishing his articles in “Paint India” “Ink News” and “Chemical Magazine”
